1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Toronto and select surrounding areas.
Please check your postal code at checkout to confirm availability.

Catering Orders:
Delivery and setup times are arranged during booking.
3. Delivery Times
Meals are delivered between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on your chosen day.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.
4. Freshness & Handling
All meals are delivered chilled, never frozen.
Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness.
5. Delivery Instructions
At checkout, you can leave delivery instructions (e.g., buzzer code, leave at door, safe drop location).
If no one is home, meals will be left at your door at your own risk.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the order will be left at the provided location.
We are not responsible for spoilage once the order has been delivered.
7. Shipping Fees

Meal Project deliveries may include a delivery fee depending on your location.

Free delivery is available for orders above a specified minimum (displayed at checkout).
8. Changes to Delivery
To change your delivery day or address, please contact us at thecateringlab.toronto@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
