What happens if I need to cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change!
Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your requested delivery date.
50% refund if you cancel at least 2 days before your delivery date.
No refund for cancellations 1 day before or on the day of delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We accept orders from 7 Days before your desired delivery date!
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We hand-deliver within the GTA and surrounding areas. If you are outside of our delivery zone, please send us an email and we will do our best to help you. Â
What are the delivery times?
We offer delivery Monday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm. We will endeavour to deliver your product within this delivery window.Â
We aim to meet the preferred delivery window however, during busy periods deliveries may be completed outside of your requested delivery window.Â
If a product is required in the early AM, we recommend delivery on the previous day. Customers are advised to refrigerate products ASAP after receipt of delivery in this case.Â
Do you offer morning delivery?

Do you allow pick-ups?
Currently we do not offer pick-ups from our kitchen.
Do someone need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes, the customer or recipient needs to be readily available to receive delivery of the product.Â
If your order is a gift, please notify your recipient to expect a perishable food delivery from us.
What if no one is available to receive the delivery?
At checkout, we request all necessary contact information required to successfully complete delivery (Recipient Name, Delivery Address, Buzz Code (if applicable), Phone Number & Delivery Instructions). If delivery is attempted by our driver and no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver will attempt to call the recipient with the information provided by the customer.
If after these attempts no one is reachable, the product will be left in a safe space outside of the address as it cannot be couriered back and delivery cannot be reattempted later in the day.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout and we will make our suggestions accordingly. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know when confirming your order.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.
